Youtube: platform, owned by Google, for sharing videos. Cookies are set when accessing the page containing the embed, and when starting the video, and do not allow the User to be identified unless he/she is already logged into the Google profile.
For videos on the site, the option has been enabled.  "advanced privacy (no cookie)" which ensures that YouTube does not store information about visitors unless they voluntarily play the video.
